When looking at starting my cloth nappy journey i researched a lot about what sort of cloth nappy I would like to use. After deciding on covers and inserts it was disappointing to see not many companies stocked this kind of nappy but once I found Clothbums I was over the moon. One the offered covers for newborn sizes, but two they stocked other companies allowing me to try a variety of products. We are only into our first week of trialing them but the team have been super helpful answering my questions on instagram about if the fit is right.
Love the patterns, handy covers that are large enough to go over fitted nappies. The insert is quite big and doesn’t really fit my bub yet (3.5kg at 2 weeks), so using the covers over cloth bums preflats.
So glad I went with newborn covers, these are quite generous and fit very well over prefolds and fitted (bambam) nappies. Love the gender neutral prints. So far had no leaks!
Haven’t used these with the cloth bums insert as bub is still too small for them.
Such a great nappy, I love that it has a larger weight range than any other newborn nappy I’ve seen! The only thing I would change is making the insert a bit skinnier to fit better between the little newborn legs a bit easier. Otherwise perfect 👍🏻
So far I’ve used these for a week on my newborn son and they’re awesome! I use the covers over my other nappies and inserts as well and it fits beautifully. This nappy was the first nappy my son ever wore when he was born 😊
