- All staff are of legal working age and are paid an above-average wage with additional time-off benefits.
- Staff work a 5 to 6 day week, up to a maximum of 40 hours, with a long lunch break of 1 to 1.5 hours each day.

The factory is certified to OEKO-TEX Standard 100, one of the world's best-known labels for testing textiles against harmful substances. Our manufacturer goes through regular standardised testing to make sure products meet and exceed consumer standards.
