Any warranty issues please send us an email with images to email@example.com with your order number.
Orders are dispatched same day if ordered prior to 12pm AEST Monday to Thursday. All parcels are sent from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.
If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 30 days of receiving the goods for a refund, exchange or credit.
We require the goods to be returned to us within 7 days from raising the return.
Unfortunately we cannot accept wash/or used items as we are unable to on sell these items due to hygiene reasons and as the goods are no longer able to be resold.

If your products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and email with your original order number to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We will reach out to confirm the approval of your warranty claim.
If a product you want is out of stock, please feel free to shoot us a message with the product you are looking for in the subject line. We will send you a notification when they are back in stock!
