Several councils offer excellent incentives and workshops to assist you in switching to cloth nappies. Below is the current list of several councils that offer a variety of programs.

New South Wales
Albury City Council
50% of purchase price of cloth nappies with a maximum $100 rebate. Free council-run cloth nappy workshops.
Blacktown City Council
50% of the purchase price of cloth nappies with a
maximum $200 rebate. Includes nappies, swim nappies, breast pads and
re-usable liners.
Rebates offered within 3 months of original purchase with a maximum of one receipt and one rebate per household.
Reusable cloth nappy workshops also available.
SHIRE OF FEDERATION AND GREATER HUME
50% of purchase price of cloth nappies with a maximum $100 rebate.
Free cloth nappy workshops also available.
HOBSON BAY CITY COUNCIL
$65 off your purchase of reusable nappies, cloth wipes, and reusable sanitary items.
INNER WEST COUNCIL
50% of the purchase price up to
$150 for cloth nappies and up to $100 for sanitary products (or a combination of the two).
One per household with a maximum rebate of $150.
LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL
50% of the purchase price up to

cups, reusable sanitary pads, reusable incontinence pads and period underwear.

Town of East Freemantle
50% of purchase price or hire of cloth nappies with a maximum $100 rebate.
Must apply within 6 months of attending a council-run cloth nappy workshop.
City of Fremantle
50% of purchase price or hire of cloth nappies
through a local company with a maximum $150 rebate. Does not include
nappy accessories.
Must attend a council-run cloth nappy workshop
before applying for the rebate, purchase goods after attending and
apply within 3 months of purchase.
One application per household,
multiple receipts accepted.
Mandurah
Free cloth nappy workshops available.
City of Melville

maximum $100 rebate including swim nappies, training pants, inserts,
fasteners and nappy repair.
