Christmas trading hours: Please note that as we are a family with young children we will be taking some time off over the Christmas period, see below our opening hours.  Orders will still be dispatched same business day if ordered before 12pm Brisbane time, or if your order is placed after that time it will be posted the next trading day. 

Australia: All Australian orders will incur a $10 flat rate shipping charge and orders over $150 will receive free standard shipping.

You may also opt to send your parcel by express post for an additional charge. 

Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of receiving payment and sent via courier with tracking. 

Please note with the current situation accross Australia shipping is taking longer than expected. 

New Zealand: Are a flat rate charge of $15, with free freight over the value of $200.

UK, US, & Singapore: Flat rate of $20 - normally 5-7 business days to arrive! 

Other countries: Please contact us for a quote. 

Carbon offset delivery 
We have chosen courier companies within Australia and around the world which supports a carbon offset service, ensuring that what logistics we do require is funded into creating something better. 

Eco-friendly packaging
What's the point of us supplying eco-friendly and reusable products if they are just going to arrive wrapped in a bunch of plastic? We support another local Australian business by purchasing compostable shipping bags and all stock is supplied in reusable cotton drawstring bags or with more environmentally conscious packaging. 


Refunds & Returns

Here at Cloth Bums we want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so we are here to help you find the best solution for your family. 

The nitty gritty: 
  1. Unused & unopened items

If you change your mind after you receive your products and no longer want to use them, return them to us within 14 days of receiving the goods for a refund, exchange or credit.

Please note that we require the goods to be returned to us within 7 days from raising the return.

There is a 10% restocking fee for change of mind items, this is simply to cover the freight to send the goods out and our time to prepare the original order. 

  1. Used/Washed Items

Unfortunately we cannot accept wash/or used items as we are unable to on sell these items due to hygiene reasons and as the goods are no longer able to be resold.

If there is something you are after in particular and you are unsure please message us and we will be able to help find you the right product. 

How to return:
  1. Lodge a return by emailing us at
  2. Reference your order number and email address used when placing the order
  3. Advise of item/s you wish to return and why
  4. Tell us how you would prefer your refund option (store credit, exchange, or refund) and confirm return
  5. Hang tight your return label will be emailed to you or you can choose to return this to us at your cost.
    Faulty Items

    If for any reason your product is faulty or broken please contact us at 

    Customers are liable for any postage return charges unless we deem the goods to be faulty or broken. Unfortunately we cannot receive any claims after 30 days of you receiving your goods. 

    Unclaimed/Returned Parcels

    Unclaimed: if you fail to collect your item from the post office it will be returned to our head office. If you would like this reshipped to you we will charge you a shipping fee of $10 to do so.

    Incorrect Address: If you enter the wrong address on your parcel and it is returned to us you will need to pay a $10 shipping fee for us to resend this. 

    Any unclaimed/returned parcels that you would prefer to have refunded instead of shipped will have an $8 refund/admin fee applied.
