Since using cloth bums on our 9 month old son he no longer gets nappy rash (despite using less barrier cream than before!) and also minimal leaks (if we’ve leaked it’s been my fault for leaving him in the nappy too long). Plus they look so cute! From what I’ve heard from friends using other brands, cloth bums seems to leak the least!! We’re very happy customers.
