"Lovely soft wipes

These wipes are lovely - the terry side is excellent for absorbing bigger messes and the velour side super soft when all bub requires is a quick wipe to refresh.
These wipes could easily be used on little faces, they’re that soft!"

The bits people always ask

How do I wash my cloth wipes?

Just chuck them in the washing machine.

Hot wash (40 to 60°C), full dose of regular detergent like Cold Power, Persil, Omo, Tide or Surf. Skip the fabric softener (it coats the bamboo and stops it absorbing) and skip the bleach.

Tumble dry on low, or line dry in the shade. Done.

See our wash guide if you want more detail.

Wet or dry storage, what's actually better?

Both work. Pick whatever suits your routine.

Wet storage means pre-dampening the wipes (just water, or water with a drop of gentle baby wash) and stacking them in the container. Grab and go. Best at home.

Dry storage means stacking them dry and wetting them as you go. Easier for daycare, or when partners and grandparents are doing the changes.

A lot of parents do both: wet at home, dry in the nappy bag.

How long do cloth wipes actually last?

Years.

We've got customers still using the same pack they bought in 2021, now onto baby number two or three with the same wipes. Bamboo holds up to hundreds of washes.

And they don't retire once your kid does. They become makeup cloths, cleaning rags, face washers. You'll keep finding uses.

Can I use them out and about?

Yes, that's what the small wet bags are for.

Pop 5 to 10 clean wipes in a small wet bag, head out. Used ones go back in the same bag (waterproof inside, no leaks, no smell). Whole bag goes in the wash when you get home.

Are they good for sensitive skin and newborns?

Yes. Bamboo is one of the gentlest fabrics you can put on baby skin.

100% bamboo (terry one side, velour the other). No fragrances, no preservatives, no chemicals. Naturally hypoallergenic and antibacterial.

We've had heaps of feedback from mums whose babies reacted to disposables and were fine the moment they switched. If your baby has had fabric reactions before, do a patch test first. Otherwise, they're as gentle as it gets.

Do I need the container, or just the wipes?

You don't technically need it. But most people love having it.

It does two jobs: keeps damp wipes from drying out (sealed lid traps moisture), and gives your wipes an obvious "home" that partners, grandparents and daycare educators can find easily.

If you're going dry-storage only, you can just stack them in a drawer. Plenty of mums do.

Our Full Time Reusable Bamboo Cloth Wipes Kit (container + 40 wipes + 2 small wet bags) is the easiest starting point.
