- Size: 34 x 28cm. Pre-shrunk fabric means you can expect no width shrinkage, and only 5% shrinkage on overall length.

Washing and pre-use:
- No need to soak before first use, a standard warm wash with detergent is sufficient prior to use.
- Keep in mind that inserts will take 6 to 8 washes to meet the maximum absorbency, initial changes may be required more frequently.
