Chase the sunshine with every print from our new collection, all in one beautiful bundle.

The Chasing Sunshine Pixie Bundle Pack brings you one of each Pixie print from the release, each with our hemp duo inserts, packed into our gorgeous brown mesh carry bag. It's the easiest way to grab the whole collection (and save while you're at it).

What's inside

  • 5 x Pixie One Size Fits Most Cloth Nappies: one each of Greenhouse, Evergreen, Beeline, Marmalade and Wild Prairie
  • 5 x Bamboo & Hemp Duo Insert Sets: one with every nappy
  • 1 x Brown Mesh Carry Bag

The Pixie nappy

Our Pixie is a true birth to toilet training nappy, fitting from approximately 3kg to 18kg. A super soft outer shell, stay-dry inner and premium bamboo and hemp inserts make change time easy, absorbent and cute. Built to last, so it grows with your baby.

The brown mesh carry bag

Made to hold your new Pixies, then made to keep working. It's a great toiletry bag, and just as handy for the nappy bag, swim gear, toys, snacks, beach days and travel. Breathable mesh means nothing gets stuffy.

A few notes

  • Every nappy comes with its hemp duo insert set
  • Machine washable
  • Covered by our 12 month warranty

Unsure which option to choose? Let us help you break it down:

Insert Options

  1. Shell only - the shell is a waterproof cover only, use this with your existing inserts.
  2. Shell, Trifold & Booster - easy-to-use option, a total of 6 layers of high GSM bamboo cotton and a booster of 3 layers of hemp. The perfect combo.
  3. Shell & Hemp Duo - our best-selling option with our Pixie range is our hemp duo inserts, this is a set of 2 inserts with a total of 10 thirsty layers of bamboo and hemp.

Materials

  • Outer cover: Polyester and heat-bonded TPU laminate.
  • Inner cover: Premium stay-dry suede cloth fabric to help baby feel dry naturally.

To get the best results from your nappies we recommend following these 4 simple wash steps:

  1. Dry Pail
Remove solid poo from the nappy, separate inserts from the shell and place in your dry pail.
(Babies not yet on solids can go straight in your dry pail).
  2. Pre-wash cycle
Run a short wash cycle 40-60 degrees with half the normal detergent every 1-2 days. Remove from your washing machine and dry pail awaiting your main wash.
  3. Main-wash cycle
Run a longer main wash cycle 40-60 degrees with detergent every 3-4 days.
  4. Hang to dry
Hang nappies to dry or use a clothes dryer on low heat.

Pixie Nappy Features

Superior Leak Protection

The Pixie is equipped with extra leak-stopping features like a double internal leg gusset, plush back elastic for added comfort, and a gentle tummy elastic – because when it comes to leaks, we've got your back (and front) covered!

NATURAL MATERIALS

Pair your shell with our Hemp Duo Insert Set for reliable absorbency and fewer leaks. The adjustable two piece insert system grows with your child from newborn stage through to toilet training.

Shells can be purchased on their own for families who already own inserts, or as a complete ready to use set.

SIMPLISTIC DESIGN

The Pixie is a pocket-style nappy featuring a generously sized pocket opening for your preferred inserts, ensuring hassle-free washing and drying of your new nappies.

Lined with soft stay-dry suede cloth fabric (vegan-friendly), your baby stays dry and rash-free for ultimate comfort.

Your top questions answered 👇

How do they work?

Our Pixie nappy is a versatile one-size-fits-most (OSFM) style designed to adapt from birth to toilet training. Featuring a water-resistant shell, and selected absorbency (either the trifold & booster or hemp duo set). The absorbency is inserted into the pocket for an unbeatable nappy setup, natural fibre inserts & a stay-dry lining against your baby's skin.

With all the essential features, the Cloth Bums Pixie ensures your little one will stay comfortable and leak-free throughout their journey.

Use the adjustable 'grow with me' snaps on the shell on the nappy to adapt to your baby's ever growing shape. The snaps up the middle are called your rise snaps, designed to adjust the overall length and leg hole of the nappy, and around the top are your hip and waist snaps that will adjust the width around the tummy.

How Many Nappies Do I Need?

Your nappy needs will change as your baby grows! Newborns typically need more changes than older bubs. For full-time cloth nappy use, we recommend around 24 nappies in your stash. But don’t worry – starting small is absolutely okay! Even just a few nappies make a big difference. Remember, it's a journey, not an all-or-nothing commitment!

Can they be used of a nighttime?

Absolutely! Every child is different, but for most little ones over 4 months old, a dedicated night-time nappy is the way to go. That’s why we’ve created the Knight Nappy 🛡️ – a heavy-duty night nappy that’s super easy to use and can handle up to 12 hours overnight. Rest easy knowing leaks are no match for the Knight! 💤
Find the Knight Nappy HERE

Do I need to use both inserts in the nappy?

Not always, they are designed to grow with your little one! The beauty of the Pixie Nappy is its flexibility:

  • For newborns or light wetters, one insert is usually enough.
  • For older bubs or heavy wetters, using both inserts gives extra absorbency and helps prevent leaks.

The inserts are made from highly absorbent materials, so you can mix and match based on your baby’s needs. 🌟

Why choose Cloth Bums?

We get it – there are so many options out there! But here’s why Cloth Bums stands out:

  1. Designed by a Mum of Four – Every product is created with real-life parenting in mind, blending practicality with beauty.
  2. Eco-Friendly & Budget-Saving – Reusable nappies reduce landfill and save you money in the long run. Win-win!
  3. Comfort & Quality – From the softest materials to customisable fits, our nappies are made to keep your bub happy and leak-free.
  4. Australian-Owned – We're a local business passionate about supporting families just like yours.
How Do I Wash Cloth Nappies?

Washing cloth nappies is easier than you think! Here's a quick guide:

  1. Prep: Remove solids (a nappy liner can help!) and give the nappy a quick rinse.
  2. Storage: Store used nappies in a dry nappy pail or wet bag until wash day.
  3. Wash: Follow our Washing Guidelines for best results. Generally, this includes a pre-wash cycle followed by a longer main wash at 40-60°C using a cloth nappy-friendly detergent.
