Material
Our sheets are made from 100% organic cotton jersey, soft and stretchy like quality sleepwear and gentle on sensitive skin.
The cotton is permanently heat-bonded to a breathable, waterproof TPU layer. No sprays, no coatings and no added glues. The waterproofing is fused into the fabric rather than sitting on top, so your child sleeps on cotton, not plastic.
Certified GOTS organic and OEKO-TEX Standard 100, meaning the fabric has been independently tested and verified free from harmful substances and safe for everyday contact with skin.
Quiet, breathable and comfortable for year-round use. No crinkly sounds and no sweaty sleep.
Wash & Care
Machine wash up to 60°C. For everyday washing and longer life, we recommend 40°C.
Line dry in the shade where possible. Tumble drying is safe on a low heat setting, but regular tumble drying may shorten the lifespan of the waterproof layer.
Avoid direct sunlight and do not use bleach or fabric softeners.
That’s it. Wash, dry and put straight back on the bed.

Does it feel like plastic?
No. Your child sleeps on soft cotton jersey. The waterproof layer sits underneath the cotton and is bonded into the fabric, so it feels like a normal fitted sheet, not a crinkly protector.
Do I still need a mattress protector underneath?
No. This sheet is both the fitted sheet and the mattress protector in one. You can put it straight onto the mattress.
Will it make noise when my child moves?
No. There is no plastic layer on top of the fabric, so there are no crinkly sounds when they roll or move in their sleep.
What are the sheets made from?
100% cotton jersey bonded to a breathable waterproof TPU layer. The fabric is GOTS organic and OEKO TEX Standard 100 certified, meaning it has been independently tested and safe for skin contact.
Will it actually stop wee from reaching the mattress?
Yes. The sheet is fully waterproof across the sleep surface and down the sides of the mattress. If an accident, vomit or spill happens, the liquid stays on the sheet and does not soak into the mattress.
Will my child get hot sleeping on it?
No. The TPU waterproof layer is breathable, so air can still move through the fabric. Because there is no bulky quilting or plastic coating, the sheet stays comfortable even in warmer months.

Amazing. You will not regret.
I purchased 3 bassinet sheet before this and also two other cot sheets. They are by far the best investment I have made. Placing all three on the mattress at once has saved my nighttime more than I can say. Having the ability to just remove the top one when needed with the knowledge that nothing has gone through to the next sheet below is a life saver. Due to a reflux baby and some gastro I can attest to the water proof underneath of the sheets and how easy they are to clean.
Not to mention all of the amazing prints that are so hard to choose from. I have already recommended these to multiple friends and family. I will be back for the next size up when my child gets to that stage. I know these sheets will be amazing for toilet training nights.

These OSFM (One Size Fits Most) pixie nappies are incredibly easy to use, are made out of quality materials and are stunningly beautiful! Britt has put an amazing amount of thought, ingenuity and care into these nappies and it really shows. They are not only practical but easy to use. Cloth Bums is a one stop shop. Get your nappies and all nappy wash routines, cycle advice for your washer, even down to what detergent to use is all here. I started with cheap cloth nappies and will never go back! I wish I just invested in these quality nappies right from the beginning. Save me a headache and my bubbas bums some heartache. I can’t recommend enough!! The investment is more than worth it.

Great quality and I love it - plus some handy tips
It works very well, as does all the other styles on the 'PIXIE One Size Fits Most Cloth Nappies'. Its a big investment to purchase these cloth nappies, but I'm hoping they will last for all of children that I plan to have over the many years to come.
I use them full time, it was a learning curve, but now I have a good system in place and do not use any disposable nappies at all. I live on a rural property too, and it has been a little dry this year, but I still can wash them properly and use them everyday (water consumption was a concern of mine)
P.S; I found having 20 cloth nappies for a newborn works just enough to get by if you do washing everyday, but having a total of 30 means washing every second day and security that I have enough to get by, and as bub gets older I can probably stretch it to every third day.
They will seem a little bulky as first, but that's fine they'll grow into it and you will get use to it. It does not hurt their hip development, confirmed with my doctor (and it actually helps development too, so don't worry).
And lastly, bamboo/hemp inserts need two whole days to dry completely on a clothes line inside the house, but only 5-7 hours if outside on a hot, windy day. (You will need a clothes drier to help some days)
